LHigh quality milk, sugar, organic eggs, proteins and vegetable fibers are the basis of our recipes, creatively combined with fresh seasonal fruit, chocolate from Valhrona, almonds from Noto, round hazelnut from Langhe PGI.

To preserve the softness and taste, we store the ice cream in the best way, in the carapine. These protect the ice cream from changes in temperature, light and humidity and preserve the consistency, natural color, fragrance and scent. This type of conservation guarantees the consumer the ideal hygiene of the product.

25% less sugar

Our ice cream has 25% less sugars than those normally used in ice cream production. This is possible thanks to the bench with wells and the soluble and insoluble vegetable fibres present in our processes, which also contribute to reducing the absorption of sugars and fats.

Our cones

Our cones are natural, do not contain ingredients of animal origin, no coloring, flavoring, and no palm oil. The cones are VeganOk Certified.
