Gelato San Lorenzo was founded in 2017 with the opening of the artisanal laboratory and the first store in Via Tiburtina 6, in the heart of Rome. In this city, where past and present harmoniously merge, we found the inspiration for our approach to artisanal gelato making. Rome, unique in the world, is the perfect place where tradition and innovation meet, and this is reflected in our gelato: a balance between ancient recipes and modern experimentation, designed to offer an authentic and unforgettable experience.
